Adminiculate (ad-mə-nik-yə-layt), verb. In Scots law, to give corroborating evidence.

During the trial, the witness was asked to adminiculate the defendant's alibi by providing additional evidence that supported their claim of innocence.

Another example of adminiculating would be a witness testifying to seeing the defendant at a different location at the time of the crime, thus providing additional evidence that supports the defendant's innocence.
