De redisseisina

De redisseisina is a legal term that refers to a writ used to recover land or rent by a person who had previously won a case for the same land or rent, but was again deprived of it by the same person who had taken it before. This writ is similar to de post disseisina.

For example, if John won a case against Jack for a piece of land, but Jack took the land back from John, John could use de redisseisina to recover the land again. This writ would allow John to regain the land that he had previously won in court.
