Delivery is when you give something to someone else. It can be giving an object, a document, or money. There are three types of delivery: actual, symbolic, and constructive.

Actual delivery is when you physically give something to someone else. For example, if you order a pizza and the delivery person brings it to your door, that's actual delivery.

Symbolic delivery is when you give something that represents the thing you're actually giving. For example, if you sell a car and give the buyer the keys, that's symbolic delivery because the keys represent the car.

Constructive delivery is when you act like you're giving something to someone else, even though you're not actually giving it to them. For example, if you sell a car and tell the buyer where the car is parked, that's constructive delivery because you're acting like you're giving them the car even though you're not physically giving it to them.
