Definition: To plan, shape, or construct; especially, to draft or otherwise draw up a document. It can also mean to incriminate an innocent person with false evidence, especially fabricated.

Example 1: The lawyer framed the contract for the client to sign.

Example 2: The police officer was accused of framing the suspect by planting evidence at the crime scene.

These examples illustrate the two different meanings of the word "frame." In the first example, "frame" means to draft or construct a document, in this case, a contract. In the second example, "frame" means to incriminate someone with false evidence, which is a serious accusation.
