Monocracy is a form of government where one person has all the power and control.

North Korea is an example of a monocracy. The country is ruled by one person, Kim Jong-un, who has complete control over the government and its citizens.

Another example of a monocracy is Saudi Arabia, where the king has absolute power and makes all the decisions for the country.

These examples illustrate the definition of monocracy because in both North Korea and Saudi Arabia, one person holds all the power and control over the government and its citizens. There is no democracy or shared power among different branches or individuals.
