TIDELAND

Tideland is the land that is between the lines of the high and low tides. It is the land that is covered and uncovered by the tides.

One example of tideland is the beach. When the tide is high, the water covers the sand, but when the tide is low, the sand is exposed. Another example is a marsh, where the water level rises and falls with the tides, leaving behind mud and plants.

These examples illustrate how tideland is affected by the ebb and flow of the tides. The land is constantly changing as the water level rises and falls, and different plants and animals thrive in this unique environment.
