A thief who steals something outside of a property or boundary.

• The utfangthief stole a bike that was parked on the street.
• The utfangthief broke into a car that was parked in a public parking lot.

These examples show how an utfangthief steals something that is not inside a property or boundary. In the first example, the bike was parked on the street, which is not inside a property. In the second example, the car was parked in a public parking lot, which is also not inside a property. Both of these thefts were committed by an utfangthief.
