A circle conspiracy is a type of conspiracy where a single member or group (the "hub") separately agrees with two or more other members or groups (the "spokes"). The person or group at the hub is the only party liable for all the conspiracies.

For example, if a group of people plan to rob a bank and one person is the mastermind behind the plan, that person is the hub of the circle conspiracy. The other members of the group are the spokes. Even though each member of the group is involved in the conspiracy, only the mastermind is responsible for the entire plan.

Another example of a circle conspiracy is when a group of people agree to cheat on a test. One person comes up with the plan and shares it with the others. That person is the hub, and the others are the spokes. If they get caught, the person who came up with the plan is the only one responsible for the conspiracy.
