JUDICIAL BRANCH

The judicial branch is a part of the government that includes courts. Its main function is to interpret and enforce laws. It is also known as the judiciary. It is different from the legislative branch, which makes laws, and the executive branch, which enforces laws.

• A judge in a local court is also a part of the judicial branch.
