A rehabilitation plan for prisoners where they agree to participate in self-improvement activities in exchange for a set parole date.

For example, a prisoner may agree to attend counseling sessions, complete educational courses, or participate in job training programs to earn their parole date. The activities are mutually agreed upon by the prisoner and the prison officials.
