SOMNAMBULISM

Somnambulism is also known as sleepwalking. It is a condition where a person walks or performs other activities while they are asleep. If a person commits a crime while sleepwalking, they will not be held responsible for their actions.

John is a somnambulist. One night, he got out of bed and walked to the kitchen while he was asleep. He opened the fridge, took out a bottle of milk, and drank it. The next morning, he had no memory of doing this.

Another example is Sarah, who is also a somnambulist. One night, she got out of bed and walked outside while she was asleep. She was found wandering around the neighborhood by a neighbor who recognized her and took her back home.

These examples illustrate how somnambulism can cause a person to perform activities while they are asleep, without any memory of doing so. It is important to note that if a person commits a crime while sleepwalking, they will not be held responsible for their actions.
