Definition: Reckless homicide is the unlawful killing of another person with conscious indifference toward that person's life.

For example, if someone drives a car at high speed through a crowded area and hits and kills someone, it could be considered reckless homicide. The driver knew that their actions could cause harm to others but chose to act recklessly anyway.

Another example could be if someone fires a gun into a crowd without aiming at a specific target, and the bullet hits and kills someone. This would also be considered reckless homicide because the person acted with conscious indifference toward the safety of others.
